I will always treasure the memories I have of my mom. She shaped my sister and me into the people we are today. She has been there for us during the difficult times in our lives and shared the joy of the good times. She was loved by everyone who knew her.

It is hard to think of one memory, because for my 45 years she has always been there. I remember singing the ice cream song in the back of her Dodge Dart in the 70s as a little kid - she told us she was the chauffeur. I remember her telling stories about the people she worked for and the people she knew over the years. There are so many good memories, and I love every one.
She was the best grandmother a girl could ever ask for - kind, hardworking, honest, and loyal. It is hard to believe she is not here anymore, but she will live on though those that knew and loved her. May we all be like her one day.

It was an immense privilege to have Mary Seaman in my life during the 50 years of friendship with her daughter Marilyn. My memories of her will always make me smile and be grateful for the example of a life well-lived.
Proverbs 31: 25-29
Strength and dignity are her clothing, and she laughs at the time to come.
She opens her mouth with wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue.
She looks well to the ways of her household, and does not eat the bread of idleness.
Her children rise up and call her blessed;her husband also, and he praises her:
“Many women have done excellently, but you surpass them all.”
