My fondest memory of Commare Anna is on my wedding day, 39 yrs ago. She came to my parents house, as it is customary in an Italian town, and noticed that my veil was not positioned correctly on my head, the little white band in back was supposed to be tucked under my hair. She asked the photographer to wait and fixed my headpiece so that my pictures would be perfect. She was a loving, kind and beautiful woman, always greeting people with that warm smile & making everyone feel comfortable and welcome. And although we didn't see each other often over the years, she will truly be missed. Our deepest sympathy to the entire family. May God bring you comfort and peace.
