My deepest condolences on the passing of your beloved Franca! She was like a mom to me too it felt for many years especially after losing my mom at an early age her heart and home were always open for me and we would sew or knit together or just watch tv then came my favorite time of the night “que mangiare” and it was always so fast and so delicious within minutes we would be with a wine glass in one hand and having the best dinner and conversations. I miss her so very much but feel so blessed I also got to see her one last time a couple weeks ago on FaceTime …. I blew her a kiss and she blew me one back unfortunately I was so overwhelmed I wasn’t quick enough to get the snapshot but I did get one. Her legacy are her beautiful children grandchildren etc! But also I’m sure Padre Pio saved a seat for her right next to him! Riposa in pace, Franca. I will always love you xo

A little alteration and plagiarism to my way .... here we go. She lived a life that was full She traveled much and found new roads too There were times the family knew Where she bit off more than she could chew But through it all when there was doubt she ate it up and she spit it out, she faced it all And stood tall because she did it her way She loved, she laughed and she cried many tears she had her fill of winning, and her share of losing And now as tears subside from the ones she loved and loved her To think she did all that with no surrender she did things right and not in a shy way Oh no, oh no, not her she did it her way !!!! ........... Pray for heaven , for there is a new force in town!
