I'm so very sorry for you all. I'm a newbie on Perry Ave and I saw Marcy almost every day walking, like clockwork. I really didn't get the chance to know her other than hi and some small talk, however, she always made me smile and feel welcome. I will miss her presence and spirit.

I have not seen Marcy in a number of years but she was always in my memories. So many good times working at Glen Cove Hospital and so many fun memories as friends. You were one special lady who will be missed by many. I am so sad to have to say good bye to you but I hope one day to meet up again. Love you always my friend. Love Joyce Hodkinson Carucci and Joe Carucci

Marcy was not just our landlady, she was family. She was like another grandma to our kids, baking us cookies and always making us laugh. I loved that she would "give 'em hell" if they were giving us attitude . I'll miss our early morning talks after the bus stop, helping her with her Wi-Fi, scheduling parking at the airport for all her "galavanting" as Stephen called it, shoveling snow together (because no matter how many times we asked her to, she wouldn't stop doing it) and relaxing by the pool with a good book. I will miss her laundry waving in the wind at me as I look through the kitchen door, her laugh, her smile and her generosity. Thanks for a great 5 years, Marcy.

I am so deeply sorry for the loss of your mom. Marcy was my neighbor for many years. She was more than a neighbor she was our friend. My husband and I enjoyed our "fence chats" and always looked forward to seeing her out and about in the yard tending to something . Rest Peacefully Marcy.
